Nice pictures thank you for sharing....

I have a question for you...

My nephew lives near East Texas....Texarkana...He shot a hog and it was filled with lice...Is this common when you harvest a hog? Would it be that he just got him a hog with lice or is it prevelant all the time.. We have ticks on our deer and fox. In the fall I place my fox in a garbage bag and spray in household industrial strength flea and tick killer and seal the bag...By the time I get the fur home all the unwanted traveler....Fleas and ticks are no longer with the fox..

One time I brought home a fox..took it down stairs to skin. Skinned it and my dog,,,a lab got all of the fleas that was on the critters.. After that I do the spray thing sealed in a plastic garbage bag to stop bringing home unwanted guest!

Of all the hogs I've taken I haven't seen any lice. And I've taken a lot of hogs just lucky I guess.

Thanks for the welcome Clint.
