August 27, 2009- Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Gamo Outdoor USA, recognized as the leader in adult precision air guns, is introducing a new series of tactical, high performance airguns. The new SOCOM series incorporates the latest advancements in spring power engineering, optics, noise reduction and stock designs. Giving shooters maximum flexibility for all hunting and shooting operations. The three gun series consists of the SOCOM CARBINE, the SOCOM TACTICAL and the SOCOM EXTREME air rifles. I have been ogling Gamo for a while now, but this series may be the last straw. I have a few shekels aside for play-toys and this may have to be the one. (Besides, get it now, never know when PBA could get scarce!)
(Hmm, wonder if ME makes a mold for .177 hollow-base? Think how many of these I could get from 100wt of Pb!)
