I used to know a lady they called Katwee from a very small town about 10 miles down the road from me here in northeast Oklahoma... I'm Mongo ... Just wondering, but you wouldn't by any chance be that same "Katwee", would you?

Bythebook,
Welcome aboard, kick back and enjoy yourself ... we haint none too serious here as you have probably already found out !!
For yer sake, I sure hope you don't know an old redneck coot from up that neck of the woods that goes by the handle of PAP !!
I'm actually orginally from Hill Valley (between Three Springs & Mt. Union) and still have land and a camp (Jackass Flats) up yonder.

99r PAP and I have been emailing and he has tried to call me on the land line but can't get thru. When I am home I am on the puter and since I don't have separate line it messes things up. I guess I will have to give him my office number or get his and call him. Iwould like to learn more about those squrill dogs. I know the general area of your camp. If you are coming up some time email me and Iwill give you phone number.

Well, I actually remembered to stop in for the Friday eve chat, it was raining here so I didn't feel like being outside a lot (it's still raining, but boy do we need it!).
But.... there was nobody here! :-(
I'll try again next Friday -- bad-weather permitting. :-)
p.s. you're welcome to rip-off some smilies and avatars from my forum if you want. I think I ravaged the net for about a month collecting them (and ones I couldn't find the right size I redid or made my own from static images, or flipped them so the animated avatar wasn't facing off the page, stuff like that). Lots of them are all hunting and fishing related. You might like some!
Later!!

gooser, and Keoeeit, we're glad to have you fellas join us... Right now it looks like, from what all I gather, that alot of the people are either off on fishing trips, turkey hunting, or doing mandatory OT at work. Things should pick up a bit in a few days or a week... But that is probably the main reason no one was at the Friday chat.... I have not been to it myself in quite some time now...but it just seems that when I think of it I am tied up with something, and when I'm not doing anything I don't remember it till it's too late.

Mornin' Mongo (spent a couple of years around Miami, myself... MANY years ago),
Thanks for the quick welcome. And yessir, it does. The whole moniker was stuck on me by some friends who couldn't get over my quiet, gentle manner.
BTW, BEAUTIFUL setup here... well done.
As Always;
Sackett
